Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation session has been confirmed and scheduled.
Clients may request rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time.
If a refund is approved due to exceptional circumstances or technical issues originating from our side, the refund will be processed within 6–8 business days.
